OTB Thinking was conceived from the ongoing frustration of special education teachers, specialist teachers, administrators, and general education teachers. Working together, we devised a plan and researched the most effective research-based teaching techniques. We dove into ways other schools and countries are giving students with different needs what THEY need. We researched learning differences, executive functioning, strengths-based assessments, creative problem-solving, critical thinking, disability law, the science of reading, and the science of learning.

Our vision is clear: We create learning environments and educational experiences that support students who benefit from more individualized, strengths-based, and flexible approaches to learning.
