Looping Teachers
Research shows that when students have the same student for multiple years, those students grow faster and the results of that stability last into high school. Why? Extra time with a skilled teacher means that they can focus on more than just academics, soft skills can be addressed with better results.
Proposed Calendar
The calendar includes holidays, breaks, and built in times for teachers to collaborate with specialty staff, plan amazing experiences, and meetings with parents. Shorter Monday and Fridays, might create a strain for some families. However, we will have after care with extension innovation and entrepreneurial experiences.
Location, Location, Location
